I bought my first home through Cornerstone Homes Real Estate. At the time the government was giving a rebate for first time buyers who closed before July 31st. As the day got closer the seller was dragging their feet holding up the close, but because of Mr. Flores' diligence and persistence I received my rebate. This was my first home purchase and was a very frustrating process, but Mr. Flores worked hard to push through the obstacles and set backs to make the deal happen. I recommend Mr. Flores to anyone I know when I hear they're buying a house.

CORNERSTONE IS A TOP NOTCHED COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS TO SELL MY RENTAL PROPERTIES AND WOULD NEVER TRUST ANY OTHER COMPANY. My father and I recently sold a home in Ceres Ca. My father picked Cornerstone Homes out of the blue. I called Johnny and with in 5 minutes I knew this was going to go well. Johnny Flores was our real estate agent. The whole transaction was better then I could have ever thought it would go. Johnny and his team did a great job helping me find and buy My 1st home. I called him 3 years later Because it was time for me to relocate to a new city and the process was smooth and easy. He found a buyer quickly and the house was sold in 30 days. I was able to move right into a new home that was selling. He was able to have the buyers of my house give us a few days to move after the sale which was really fantastic!!! I highly Recommend Johnny and his team.

I will refer Cornerstone Homes to everyone I know looking for a home or looking to sell a home. Our home buying experience was great because of cornerstone. I am a particular type of buyer and ask alot of questions. I wanted to see many different homes and some of them I requested to go back multiple times. I'm sure I was hard on them as a client, but Johnny and Jalen both went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and schedules. They are friendly, professional and really easy to work with. They explained everything and made me aware of all possible scenarios as we walked through the process. They never tried to push me into anything and and always responded to my calls and texts.
